Pricing & Availability
 All products are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax and shipping, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase at checkout. We do our best to keep product pricing and inventory up-to-date and accurate—but hey, even the pros shank one now and then. If something you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we’ll notify you right away and offer the option to choose a similar item or cancel for a full refund.
Payment Processing & Recurring Subscriptions
 We use trusted third-party platforms (like Shopify, Stripe, and WooCommerce) to process payments securely. By subscribing to one of our products (like the Golf Wit Wear monthly tee subscription), you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You're responsible for keeping your payment information valid and up-to-date.
If your payment method expires or fails, it may result in skipped boxes or suspended service. We'll do our best to notify you, but keeping your billing info fresh is a big part of staying in the club.

Technical Errors & Service Disruptions
 We love smooth operations, but sometimes the internet goes into the rough. We’re not liable for temporary service disruptions, payment processing glitches, or technical issues that may interrupt your subscription, including third-party API failures.

Limitation of Liability
 To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golf Wit Wear will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service disruptions, third-party errors, or payment failures. Basically: if your tee doesn't arrive because of a tech glitch, we'll fix it—but we're not responsible for your slice, your buddy's terrible playlist, or the dog chewing your socks.
